Fair random numbers for any purpose
Pick a lottery-style set, draw raffle winners, choose a random page or question, or settle who goes first. Set the smallest and largest numbers allowed, choose how many you want, and press generate.
With no duplicates ticked, each number can only come up once, exactly like drawing tickets from a hat. Untick it if repeats are fine, such as rolling dice several times.
How the randomness works
Numbers come from your browser's cryptographic random generator with bias correction, so every value in the range is equally likely. Nothing is predetermined or stored.
Questions people ask
Is this random number generator truly random?
It uses your browser's cryptographic random number generator, which is designed to be unpredictable and is the same source used to create passwords. Every number in the range has an equal chance.
How do I pick numbers with no repeats?
Tick no duplicates. Each number can then appear only once, like drawing raffle tickets from a hat.
Can I use it for a raffle or giveaway?
Yes. Set the range to match your ticket numbers, choose how many winners you need and tick no duplicates.
Can I generate negative numbers?
Yes. Any whole numbers work, including negatives, as long as the minimum is below the maximum.
